 Agar Murdoch & Deane Ltd are recruiting in our Comber office for an enthusiastic and hard-working property professional to join our team. Have you always wanted to be an Estate Agent? If so, this is the opportunity for you.

Our newly refurbished country office is located 5 minutes from Comber Square.

The right candidate will be confident, outgoing, have a great work ethic and exceptional customer service. Please note a valid driving licence and own vehicle is a must!

The full time role will be primarily in our rental department, but will assist the sales team at busy times. The Role & Key Responsibilities:

Liaising with clients and prospective buyers in a professional, polite and respectful manner.

Handling daily online/phone call enquiries and setting up viewings and appointments accordingly.

Delivering exceptional customer service both face to face and over the phone.

Assisting the sales team with viewings and property uploads.

Carrying out rental property inspections and inventories.

Requirements: Sales experience desirable but not essential. Valid full driving licence.

Salary based on experience.
